Culinary school was fun, kinda. But beyond kinda fun it completely pushed me away from the restaurant world and launched me straight into special events. Alongside my sister Nonee Kay we embarked on a journey that blossomed us into a pretty radical catering operation. Was (and still is) fun to produce food at festivities.

After roaming around the world throwing ourselves into new spaces night on end settling into our own facility felt like the right move. So we did it. And it was. Spanning 15,000 square feet of entertaining wonderland this facility here has acted as church and state for our coalition of event catering ninjas for years now. It's a sharp space.

The art of catering taught me all sorts of things, about the art of life really. An array of human art pieces all coming together to create epic memories. So I built a place for those monkeys to climb the trees of life (together). Welcome.
